Step 1: Clarity call (online)
We explore your context: where you are in your strategy or transformation, what’s working, what’s stuck, and what a successful retreat would change.


Step 2: Design your retreat
You receive a tailored retreat concept with:

  • Objectives & success criteria
  • 2–3 location suggestions
  • A draft 2–3 day program
  • Budget and logistics options


Step 3: Facilitation & hosting
On-site, we hold the process so you can fully participate:

  • Facilitation of plenary and breakout sessions
  • Exercises from change management, systems work, and leadership development
  • Space for both structure and serendipity


Step 4 – Integration
After the retreat, we support your next steps with a short integration package (e.g. summary, action plan, follow-up session) so that insights become commitments - and commitments become practice.

Who’s behind BusinessRetreat World?


Hi, I’m Astrid.


I’ve spent over a decade in change management and transformation, working with finance, IT, digital teams, Agile/Lean environments and M&A integration. I combine structure and strategy with something equally important: how it actually feels to be human in the middle of change.

What I bring to your retreat:

  • 10+ years of experience helping organisations navigate complex change
  • A people-centred approach rooted in transparency, safety, and real dialogue
  • Strong storytelling and facilitation skills
  • The ability to work across cultures and languages (I speak 11 languages)
  • A good sense of humor.

Q1: How long is a typical retreat?
Most retreats run
2–3 days, plus travel. For deeper work, we can design up to 4 days.


Q2: Where do you operate?
We design retreats mainly across
Europe and neighbouring regions, but are happy to explore other locations.


Q3: What’s included?
Design and facilitation are always included. Locations, travel, and accommodation can be fully curated with partners, or coordinated with your internal team.


Q4: We already have a location. Can you just design/facilitate the program?
Yes. We can work with your preferred venue and focus on program design and facilitation.


Q5: Is this a “fun trip” or serious work?
It’s both human and strategic. There is space for connection and enjoyment, but the retreat is built around
clear business outcomes.
