ALIVE.

For people and organisations ready to navigate change with more clarity, connection, energy and intention

Less noise. More meaning. More courage. More joy.

Hello, I’m Astrid van Wanum

I’ve spent 20 years helping people and organisations navigate change.

But somewhere along the way, I became more interested in a different question: what makes us feel alive enough to want to change in the first place?

That question became the beginning of all this.

Organisations move when people understand what matters, feel connected to where they're going and have the clarity and agency to move.

I work with leaders, teams and organisations navigating transformation — creating the conditions for meaningful movement.

Change doesn't happen because the plan says it should.

Point of view

ALIVE is pro-change and pro-movement, not pro-speed for the sake of speed.

We spend a lot of time trying to move faster. People. Teams. Organisations. Life.

But meaningful movement starts somewhere else: with listening, connection, clarity and energy. With noticing what matters - and having the courage and agency to move towards it.

Sometimes that means changing. Sometimes making. Sometimes slowing down long enough to see what wants to happen next.

There are many ways to feel more alive

FEEL

Breathe. Notice. Reconnect

Experiences that restore energy, presence and joy

THINK

Move. Connect. Transform.

Change that people can understand, shape and make real.

MAKE

Write. Create. Bring to life.

Words, objects and ideas made tangible.

CHANGE

Question. Explore. Reimagine.

Ideas and conversations that shift perspective.

What might come alive?

A TEAM
Ready to move.

AN IDEA
Ready to take shape.

YOU
Ready for something new.

Or perhaps something that doesn’t exist yet.

Ideas I’m thinking about

1 - CHANGE
Your organisation is moving slower than your ambition.
Why transformation gets stuck - and what might get it moving again.
