SIGNATURE KEYNOTE · WORKING TITLE
The Bermuda Triangle of Modern Work.
What disappears when we accelerate – and how to find the heartbeat again.
A thought-provoking keynote on AI, organisational culture and leadership. About the curiosity, real conversations and connection that vanish when organisations speed up.
And about the human radar leaders need to notice the signals – before people quietly disengage.
WHAT YOUR AUDIENCE TAKES AWAY
A different way of looking.
A shared language
Words and images to talk about what is really happening beneath the change.
A human radar
Practical ways to notice the signals before people quietly disengage.
Questions to take home
Conversations leaders can start on Monday morning – not someday.
Energy, not theatre
Stories and patterns from 16 countries. No slogans, no AI theatre.
THE STORY
Three acts. One heartbeat.
A keynote built like a journey: from the pressure to accelerate, to what quietly disappears, to the leadership that brings it back.
01/ THE ACCELERATION
Faster, better, different.
AI and transformation everywhere. Dashboards show progress – people tell another story.
02/ THE DISAPPEARANCE
What vanishes from the radar?
People ask fewer questions. Managers have less time for real conversations. Teams deliver, but learn less. Nobody decided this – and yet it happens.
03/ THE HUMAN RADAR
Leadership that stays in contact.
Not another dashboard, but the ability to notice signals, truly listen, give meaning and act – before people disengage.

YOUR SPEAKER
Hello, I'm Astrid.
For almost two decades, I've been in the room where change is supposed to happen: the training sessions, the leadership offsites, the roll-outs that look perfectly sensible on paper.
Across 16 countries and very different cultures, one thing never changed. People want to be good at what they do. They want to be good colleagues and help their managers succeed. Yet time and again, the transformation lands only halfway. Teams lose hope, managers can't explain why, and leaders get squeezed between metrics and the pressure from above: faster, better, different.
I speak about what gets lost in that space – and how leaders can find it again. Two decades of practice, a sharp eye for human signals and no AI theatre. I speak 11 languages, and take the stage in five of them.
“Everywhere I worked, people wanted to be good at what they do. The change just never reached them.”
